Italian kitchen, for gluten free needs too

Located right in Moscova/Brera borough, it’s one of the most well-known restaurants in Milan, not just for high-level business men. Not a touristic place, that’s why I really love it. And they’ve recently reached the AIC certification for certified gluten free meals. Great!
I had a tasty gluten free risotto with porcini mushrooms, after typical Italian starters: salami, cheese, cured ham and much more, made by local farmers. And a typical “bruschetta”, which is grilled bread with fresh tomatoes, salt and Extra-Virgin oil. We finally had a gluten free dessert made with white and black chocolate. Really conscious about coeliac needs, they’re working to improve their bread experience (they just have industrial bread products at the moment, due to contamination risks).

Ubicato nel quartiere centrale di Moscova/Brera, é da sempre tra i ristoranti più conosciuti di Milano, non solo per uomini d’affari di alto profilo. Un luogo non turistico, cosa che adoro! E hanno recentemente ottenuto la certificazione AIC per pasti senza glutine. Ottimo!
In questa occasione ho provato un gustoso risotto ai funghi porcini, dopo un tipico antipasto italiano: salumi, formaggi e molto altro, tutto di produzione locale. E una tipica bruschetta al pomodoro senza glutine. Per terminare, un dessert senza glutine con cioccolato bianco e nero.
Molto coscienziosi a proposito delle necessità di chi mangia senza glutine, stanno lavorando per migliorare la proposta del pane (attualmente prodotti industriali, per evitare rischi di contaminazione).
